Shanti Ikwe Gonzales is an Indian-Mexican-American theatremaker based in Montreal and deep in the process of Canadian immigration. Recent credits include love painted brown (angrybrowngirl productions), The Refugee Hotel (Teesri Duniya Theatre), and Bright Half Life (Brave New Productions). Shanti is a Director in Black Theatre Workshop’s Artist Mentorship Program and an early childhood music teacher with Monkey Rock Music.
